Chairman's Statement
'When Simon and I set up FIL, we intended to break the mould of conventional collection agencies.
I feel that we have succeeded in uniquely blending high quality specialised lettering and telephony with pro-active litigation. Your customers do not pay for a variety of reasons. It therefore stands to reason that the collection approach that is best will be shaped by the individual customer's circumstances.
FIL offers a bespoke collections service that sees us adopt a firm but
fair approach, aiming to maximise speed and amount of recovery by reaching
