Our objective is to create a ‘Debtor Profile’, to obtain as much information as quickly as possible, which enables us to select the ‘won’t pay’ from the ‘can’t pay’ debtors and ensure cost effective litigation to maximise collections for our clients.

Through Bryan Carter Solicitors LLP we maintain contact with the debtor through the entire litigation process, walking them through each stage so they are fully aware of their current status and responsibilities together with the next step of the legal path.

We use all methods of enforcement available including: Attachment of Earnings, Warrants of Execution, Third Party Debt Orders, Charging Orders, Bankruptcy and Possession Proceedings.

All costs and fees are paid by us so there is no exposure to additional expense for our clients. We do not litigate in a punitive manner or to punish, we use it when we believe it offers the best commercial opportunity to establish payment.
