We are specialists in Litigation and are users of the County Court Bulk Centre, where we are one of the largest agency users. We have developed our systems to take advantage of bulk issue. Our objective is to create a ‘Debtor Profile’, to obtain as much information as quickly as possible, this enables us to select the ‘won’t pay’ from the ‘can’t pay’ debtors and ensure cost effective litigation to maximise collections for our clients.

We keep in contact with the debtor through the entire litigation process, walking them through each stage so they are fully aware of their current status and responsibilities together with the next step of the legal path.

We use all methods of enforcement available to us: Attachment of Earnings, Warrants of Execution, Garnishee Orders, Charging Orders and Bankruptcy Proceedings. We have a specialist team of Collectors who have received extensive training in post legal procedures, in conjunction with our custom computer system and allowing for the time constraints of the court procedure, maintain pro-active debt collection activity.
