Being in Debt is not a pleasant experience and we understand that many people are in this situation through no fault of their own.

The most important step to make is to acknowledge the problem and not to ignore it, hoping it will just go away – It will not.

On the majority of debts we can accept repayment by pre-agreed instalments and we see it as our job to arrive at a level of repayment which is affordable and will repay the debt in a reasonable period of time.

Payments

We offer a variety of ways to make payment including: credit/debit card,  Direct Debit, BACS, Standing Order, cheque/postal order and barcode.

If instalments are received on time, no reminder letters are sent.  We apply no additional charges unless failure to repay at the agreed rate necessitates our taking legal action to recover the debt.  Should legal action be required, the Court will add legal fee’s and costs.  It is therefore in everybody’s interest not to let the account get to this stage but rather to make contact with one of our trained members of staff and discuss the account accordingly.

When you make contact with our offices, please ensure you have your Reference Number to hand.  This number can be found on any item of correspondence from us, to you, regarding the outstanding amount.  When making payment again please include your reference number, this will ensure your payment is credited to your account.
